I take pictures of everything that I eat, because I hate counting calories. I think life is about enjoying meals and really learning how to be full and happy and healthy all at once. For me I tend to eat unconsciously and then I forget what I eat throughout the day leading me to overindulge. When I take pictures I can look at my iphone and see okay I ate this for breakfast, this for lunch, this for dinner, and these are my snacks, do I want that piece of chocolate or not? It also helps me figure out how much fiber, protein, and calcium I am consuming each day. I think that knowing what you put in your body is very important in living a healthy lifestyle. What tricks do you use to be healthy?
