IMG_6695 IMG_66971- Salad (cucumber, tomato, scallions, and green pepper)

1- Provolone cheese

1- Havarti cheese

1 Tbs – Sour cream

2- slices of rye bread, freshly baked

Results: Kept me full for the rest of the night

Snacks: 2 Cups of sweetened iced tea
