For this month, August 10-September 8, I will be doing the “30 Day Shred” by Jillian Michaels. For those of you who have never heard of Jillian, she is one of the trainers on the show “The Biggest Loser.”
The work-outs are 20 minutes. There are 3 levels. You do each level for a total of 10 days. After completing day one I feel like I can’t stand on my feet, but it feels good. She makes you work hard and it’s only for 20 minutes so anyone can squeeze this work-out in.
